Yousef Redah is a smoking accessories shop with 7 locations all over Qatar. Providing premium tobacco and smoking accessories to customers' various tastes and style. Yousef Redah sets to be the premium retail location when it comes to quality merchandise and service to clients, with our utmost goal being the absolute satisfaction of every client that uses our products.
Our retail locations provide quality and cutting edge instruments to help increase desirability when smoking our high-grade cigars and tobacco. Aside of our multiple locations, we also distribute a vast majority of our products to superstores via wholesale, allowing us to cover all corners of the market.
Yousef Redah offers tobacco products and a plethora of accessories. The business operates under our umbrella company New Year Centre, a reputable company long and running in Qatar for over 50 years.
We specialize in tobacco products so as to appeal to both female and male customers. We are targeting all clientele that use tobacco and smoking products and serve these customers by offering a broad selection of products at competitive prices while providing friendly service and attention to their special needs. In the longer term, we will seek to earn a premium for our higher-level service. It is our goal to continue to be Doha’s number one choice for all smoking needs.
To achieve this goal, we will continue to grow and increase our locations all over Doha. Our stores are strategically located to allow us to draw upon the regional customer base that shops there. With only a few tobacco competitors, we hold the majority in sales tobacco and tobacco accessories and will continue to serve our customers to the best of our ability.
RETAIL LOCATIONS
We are the largest and first choice smoke shop in Qatar. We offer all forms of tobacco and smoking accessories at all of our locations. Other than our own premium brands ‘King’ and Dokha Yousef Redah, we also offer brands such as: Raw, Khalil Mamoon, Zig-Zag, Signature, Al-Fakher, OCB, AGER, Sky, Starbuzz, Tick-Tock, Captain Black, and Zippo. Our expert sales associates are well-trained and knowledgable on all products offered at our stores and can help with all your needs and questions.
WHOLESALE ORDERS
We currently own the largest warehouse that is dedicated to distributing products to our retail locations and wholesale customers in a highly efficient manner, making sure we are never low in stock on any of our in-store items. Each store has designated employees that will service customers outside the shop if need be, as well as designated employees within our stores that can help customers meet their needs. Wholesale orders are delivered directly through the warehouse with highly trained employees responsible for count and order fulfillment.
